Santos, Brazil

Today we are docked in Santos, Brazil.  We did a load of laundry before we headed up to the pool for our hour of exercise.  Then breakfast as usual in La Veranda.  I went up to the Observation Lounge to meet with my needlepoint friends.

Bob and I decided not to take the tour.  This city is the port city for Sao Paulo.  But that is an 8 hour tour and really do not get to see much of the city.  And the tour of Santos was another bus ride.  We are kind of tired of being on the bus so we were going to take the shuttle until we learned it took you to a shopping mall.  So we stayed on board.

I did lots of reading, needlepoint, etc and Bob worked on his pictures.  I went to trivia and after, Bob and I went swimming again for another hour.  Sat in the hot tub for a few minutes and then back to dress for dinner.

Compass Rose where we sat at a table for 2 toward the back of the dining room.  We were surprised to see a man sit at a table wearing jeans.  Spoke to head waiter about it but he did nothing.

After dinner we came back to the cabin and bed.  Will post pictures tomorrow.
